Dual Monitors?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I needed help with the dual monitor thing on my computer.

I had it set up and it's been working for a while but the computer got un hooked because of something my mom had to do with it

And now my second monitor is showing the same thing as my default monitor instead of letting me drag things from one screen to the other. I was wondering if someone could help me get it back to the way it was
