voice chat through lan

hey guys....
i need a software for voice chatting on lan.
Me and my neighbour are both connected through lan and we require a software so that we could have a voice chat.. can anybody help

Also, have you considered a free voice chat/ clan ware program and going through the Internet? Skype is completely free and compatible with all OS's that I've used it on. The only time you ever have to pay is to make a call to a cell phone or land line.
