Problem

Hey bros im having this problem for a past few days after i formatted my C drive, Well wen i try to open any pic or upload the file browser box gets stuckd it freezes and also wen i enter floders it sumtims gets stucks whc has got some pics, and some of my folder icon dosnt show it just shows tht file type nt recognised bt wen i try to entr the folder it wrks.... so wats the solution and btw after installing it used to work fyn for few days it has been 4-5 days dat im facing this prblm???

Try these few suggestions:

Boot to safe mode, read here how to:

And then reboot back to normal mode, this has worked in the past 50/50 chance of it working really.

Download TweakUI from --Here--

Install it then you'll find it in Start/Programs/Powertoys for Windows XP/Tweak UI. Open it and under the "Repair" function choose Rebuild Icons, click the "Repair Now" button.

Try this.

Start > Run.
Type in:
sfc /scannow

Note the space after c and before /.

If it asks for your XP disc, put it in and retry,
