Windows Explorer Problem and Startup Updating Problem

When I start using My Computer, I browse around some of my folder and all of a sudden my computer sends me a message saying that there's a problem with Windows Explorer and forces me to shut down.

Also, when I log on to my account this Sonic Update thing always starts. I uninstalled Sonic a couple years ago but recently I XP did an automatic update and Sonic was one of them. Now since it can't find Sonic it just keeps asking me to find the file. It's a small annoyance really but is there anything I can delete to make it stop trying to update?

Hmm, the Windows Explorer error is just responding to my old torrents folder so I'm going to get rid of everything just for safety reasons.
