Type Y and press enter key. Installed Windows 10 has been detected this is a good news but what troubles me is that why is Bootrec /Fixboot outputs access denied message.

After typing Y and pressing Enter key, restart your computer.

That is a message i never come a cross let me research this error message. I need complete error message as its displayed at Command Prompt.

I think i know what is causing the error but we need to be sure so please execute below commands and post a screenshot of the commands outputs. There are two System partitions we need to delete the one that is not created by us yesterday. This process may take some time to finish.

First of all if you have not we can try Startup Repair (Automatic Repair) tool it can sometimes repair these kind of errors. If you have already use this tool let me know please.

is this via the USB flash drive? or separate software?

I'm sorry i don't understand your question. IF you asking how to run the Startup Repair (Automatic Repair) tool its one of the tools where you launch the Command Prompt.

Sorry forget to type the commands but lets execute commands after Startup Repair (Automatic Repair) tool finish and have not resolved the error.

Yes boot your computer with Windows bootable USB flash drive and navigate to screen where you can launch the Command Prompt the Start-up Repair tool is located at the same screen.

My usb drive won't boot I get an error there now?

Were you not using your Windows 10 USB flash drive while executing commands from Command Prompt?

You need to make sure USB flash drive is listed as the first boot device in BIOS setup utility. And restart your computer to boot from USB flash drive.

I think I am going to break my hard drive and start fresh at this rate I was trying to boot into the usb just if that's what you mean

We can fix this problem but like i said it will take some time to fix this problem sorry there is no easy way well Startup Repair if it works is the only easy way.

Restart your computer and press the appropriate key to enter the BIOS or UEFI firmware settings screen while it boots. This is often the F1, F2, Delete, F10, or F12 key. Consult your computer’s manual for more details, or just perform a web search for your PC’s model name and number as well as “enter BIOS.” From Boot tab and from Boot Device Priority section or screen move the Windows 10 USB flash drive to the top of all other devices it should be listed as a first boot device.

What is your manufacturer name, model number?

manufacturer of the motherboard is MSI, its PC MATE model

With some computers you can press F12 key soon after powering on the computer to access quick boot options screen where you can choice your USB flash drive to boot your computer from the USB flash drive.

Some computers soon as they are powered will display list of keyboard keys to access BIOS setup utility and quick boot options screen.

Also try F11 key.

I have this but I cannot tell which is which to give priority I have moved the usb (dark blue) to the left as I assume that is the one in use but cannot tell

You have more than one USB device connected to your computer i cannot tell you which is the Windows 10 bootable USB flash drive you may have to try them all one at time.

I only have one two are mouse and keyboard and one usb stick I have nothing else connected

If the Video does not start from 1:22 time please follow the instructions starting from 1:22 time frame.

You have move the USB drive with hard drive icon as a first boot device restart your computer if this wont work you will see two more devices with USB label on them try them one at time as well.

i got into the USB and into start up repair it says i cannot repair the PC press advanved options to try and repair pc or shut down etc.

That option means you are not booting from USB flash drive as you have not run the Startup Repair tool Windows 10 detected boot problem and run the Startup Repair tool for you but sadly it was not able to repair the issue causing Windows 10 not booting. Click Advanced options and here you will able to start Command Prompt let me know what happens.

Fantastic now we need to delete System partition that is not located on 111GB disk we need to found out which disk this partition is located on and deleted.

Good now we now the 100MB System partition we have created identified as a ESP partition this what we want. Now Lets found the other System partiton not located on 111GB disk and if needed deleted.

Oh lord what the hell is going on the bootrec command again cannot found a installed Windows 10 maybe you should restart your computer to find out issue resolved if not try bootrec /rebuildbcd command again. You know what before rebooting your computer execute bootrec /rebuildbcd command few more times maybe it will work and found the installed Windows 10.

it i have now restarted 4 times in a row, i dont know what happened other than that partition deletion but it seems to have stopped generating the winload error or the BSOD!

thank you so much at this point it seems okay! are there further checks i should try to ensure?
