laptop in safemode

my browser was changing colors the next day my laptop got in safemode when i go on my laptop it goes to start menue then it goes back to safe mode its like my laptop blank

Okay, so we will need to know information about your laptop...

-Make & Model (for example, Dell Inspiron 1525)
-Operating System (for example, Windows 7)
-If you can see the black boot menu when you first start up the computer.
-If you have internet access on that laptop or any other PC to which you can download files and tools.

The error code found is "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" - which I was able to slow-motion your video and pause right when the blue screen popped on. It was only there for a split second, but I caught that error code.

We will do some research and find out how we can best solve the laptop's issue.

Hello again,

1. Ensure your laptop is shut down... Start it up and Press F2 when the Dell logo appears. Press every few seconds until the message Entering Setup appears.
   
   
2. You will then see an unfamiliar screen. However, don't worry... Press the F9 key (confirm at the bottom of the screen that this "Resets". If it does, then continue). Confirm other prompts and then press ESC to then hit Save and Exit. It will restart the computer.
   
   
3. If the computer does not continue booting into Windows (without going into Safe Mode) let us know.

how do i click save

F10 function key should save the settings you have change within BIOS Setup Menu.

click on f10 when did that my keys to the board made noise

Go to Boot tab using arrow keys and see there is a option to save the changes.

Have you tried to save the changes from Exit tab?

yes it went back to the black screen i push enter

If the computer cannot start in Safe Mode (f8),  it may be possible to start the Windows Recovery Console and then run the CHKDSK /R command to clear the initial Unmountable_Boot_Volume error. The following steps explain how to access a command window using the Recovery Console. Once you open the command window in Windows XP, the instructions for using the check disc (CHKDSK /R) command are the same.

  1. Insert the HP Operating System disc, or a retail version of the OS disc, into the CD or DVD drive, and press the Power button to start the computer.
  2. When prompted, press any key to boot from the CD or DVD.
  3. A blue screen will appear and several files will load. This loading process may take a minute or more to complete.
  4. When the setup menu displays on the blue screen, press R to select the "Repair a Windows XP installation" option. Selecting this option opens a command window.
  5. At the C:\ prompt, enter CHKDSK /R, and press the enter key. This repair process may take 30 - 60 minutes depending on the size of the hard drive and repairs needed.
  6. After the CHKDSK command displays the results of its actions, enter exit at the C: prompt and press the enter key.
  7. Windows will restart. Eject the CD or DVD and allow Windows to start up normally.

Yes download the ISO image of Windows XP make sure its correct edition and use WinToFlash program to create bootable Windows XP USB flash drive.

You have no choice you have to purchase Windows XP Setup CD.
Can you boot Windows into Safe Mode?

okay i buy it when i get paid boot windows im not sure i havent tryed that yet

Try Safe Mode if you have not.

my friend  fix it for me he said because it was the charger and mother board i just know why the laptop did that i dont know how he fix it
