what is the easy way to get network driver without net work

I just installed a restore full on a formated c drive in my Dell 531 inspiron
I just installed complete windows XP from a disk and eery thing is there drivers only one missing and thats the net work driver to get on to the net ,

so How can I get and down load the proper network driver from another good computer onto a flash drive and then install this driver to show up in the device manager drivers .

the only other source I have is an older working with internet dell with the same XP verson on it with a network driver showing on it yet becasue of administrative reasons I cant copy that to my flash drive from the device manager driver section , is there another way around that is its better that the first option?   

You will need to download the driver for your network card on another computer, transfer it to your flash drive and install it

To Dave   Im new at this as you can see, where do I get the network card from my  working older Dell or my newer dell that needs the network driver

You will need to go into Device Manager and obtain the information from your network card then do a search on your other computer to find the drivers and download them.

are the information for the network card on the net work driver its self with a click or where do I locate the network card. Im getting there ,its taking time but Im learning thank you

Right-click on My Computer (assuming that My Computer is on your desktop) and select Manage. Click on Device Manager and click on Network Adapters. You should see the network card there. Right-click and select Properties and you should see the maker of the card. You will need this information to find the driver.
