problem with network signals

Am working as I.T guy but sometime i have problems with my internet it goes low and some of my customers are complaining to much...the device am using to connect is wavion wireless so can you give some of the tips i should go about at least to improve my internet connection and to improve my signal please

The stronger the signal, the faster the connection. Obstacles between the wireless router and the user's device cause the signal strength to degrade and the connection to become slower.

Of course distance between them is another factor.

Watch out for heating/air conditioning ducts between the router and the device. Cordless phones can cause issues. A signal can be dropped if someone opens a refridgerator or oven door if it's between the router and device.
