Well protected?

Hi.I am using windows 7 and am using the free versions of Avira + Malwarebytes Antimalware + Spywareblaster and I turned Windows Defender off.I run them daily and update them two times a week.I also use CCleaner about once a week.Any changes I should make?Does it sound like I am well protected?

Looks like you're well protected. I'd recommend removing Avira as they're now partnered with UniBlue which is known for making false reports in their products to make money. Also forcing the ask toolbar to enable the web shield in the free version. I'd recommend Microsoft Security Essentials over Avira.
