Bankerfox, Win32/nuqel, and AV Security Suite

I have pop ups all over the place saying infiltrated threat and malware alerts and windows security alert. I have tried to download Malware bytes and an OTL link from someone else's post but my computer wont let me open them because my computer says they are infected. Is there anything I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Guys, I couldnt upload or download anything. All these pop ups kept popping up and my computer was a disaster. These are the steps I took and I believe the problem is fixed.
1. I used Rkill but had to use the program under a different name for instance (eexplore). Something popped up saying it was infected, leave that pop along and click on the program again. a black screen comes up and the infected files pop ups stop.
2. I then downloaded OTL and you plug what Im about to post in the window part and hit the red button run fix:

3. The last thing I did was download malware bytes anti-malware and did a full scan. At the end of the scan (2 hours) you remove everything infected. It will most likely ask you to restart computer.
