This is some Adobe Flash player related file - go to adobe.com and download latest flash player and see if that fixes it. Otherwise you can delete in manually.

thanks, but which is the best way to delete it , its sitting in a document folder with nothing else in the folder and if I right click on it delete does not appear?

You cannot rightclick ==> delete? That is peculiar. With other files you can rightclick-delete or is this option completely absent in your rightclick menu?

Can you open the folder and drag the file to the trashcan (make sure you donĀ“t maximize the window, need to see the trashcan)?

Can you select the file and delete it by pressing DEL?
