on my ipod touch i can't download some app's because i need the version 3.0 update, but when i went to update it on itunes it only recognise's it as "ipod touch" and not "jack's ipod" as it originally was. also the library is empty. i have used this i-tunes on the same user account and computer before and last time it worked fine, is there anyway to get all my song's back into my library and have it recognise my ipod as "jack's ipod" again? i was thinking of choosing the option "transfer songs" but i'm not sure if it will delete some of my songs.
