Laptop freezes everytime I try to connect to wireless signal at work...

My wireless works fine everywhere except work. I have Windows XP and am connecting to a linksys router with a Dell Latitude d620. If my wireless is turned on my computer freezes while "preparing network connections" Also, as soon as I turn on my wireless once my computer starts up it instantly freezes.

Other co-workers laptops work fine with the wireless signal from this wireless. I have power cycled the router.

Any help would be much appreciated.
