I have tried following all the posts about how to get rid of the Total Security Virus but in each one it seems that you have to download a program. Which I would love to do, but my computer will not let me open any exe files. So everything I've been asked to install I never get to actually run on my computer because it wont let me open the exe file for whatever program it is. Any help would be great, thank you so much!!!
