security systems - why wont anything open?

I have tried all the malwares and cant understand some of the steps icesword wont download and even if i rename it i cant get it to open - two hours of trying to fix this and i'm virtually suicidal any suggestions

What are you renaming IceSword to? it has to be renamed to a system file name, not just something random.
