BSOD problem

hi,
i am getting the blue screen after i open multiple internet browser windows. it doesn't happen immediately. it usually takes a few minutes for the bsod to come up. it seems like the more windows i open the faster the bsod appears. i ran the windows memory diagnostic and it did not have any errors on the first pass. i'm running a new install of xp sp2 with all the updates. the hdd is a new sata samsung drive. memory is 1gb pc3200. i took a picture of the bsod.

I have a feeling that this has to do with a driver conflict. Please install the latest version of your graphic driver.

thank you. i think that fixed it. i uninstalled all display drivers and reinstalled. haven't gotten bsod so far. Thanks again.
