Please Help???Blue screen dump physical memory,virus????

I think I have a trojan. Malware bytes didn't find anything, AVG didn't find anything. I tried Kaspersky online and the blue screen came up. I tried combofix and the blue screen comes up(dumping physical memory). Am I crashing or can this be fixed?
