Blue Screen/Memory dump

I just formated my harddrive and now i a blue screen message. Did I do something wrong or whats going on?
the error message is

Stop: 0x00000050 (0xe4685008, 0x00000050, 0x80ebfe64, 0x0000001)

0x00000050 points to a faulty/corrupted/conflicted video driver. Have you download the latest version of the video driver for your graphic card's manufactures site?

Also, do you have the latest SP3 installed?

where do i look to see info on the video card?

Hello,

Go to Start >> Control Panel >> System and Maintenance >> System >> Device Manager.

Then expand the entry that says Display Adapters and you will see the brand and model number of your graphics card.

My Computer has the Blue Screen memory dump thing and i haven't the slightest clue how to fix it it has been like this for about a yearnow and we took it to get it fixed and they told us absolutely nothing of how to do it.
