Help with virus(s) please!

Hey, when i try to run windows normally it gives me a message saying that unauthorized changes have been made to windows, resulting in limited or no functionality... so i am in safe mode right now. anyways, before this occurred i scanned with MBam and it came up with 4 infected thingies. Now when i scan in safe mode it is only 1, will i still be able to get rid of this shit in safe mode if so here is the logs and stuff for in safe mode. thank you in advance!

Bad news, you probably have Virut. Since this is Vista, I don't think Virut installed properly because the UAC probably tried blocking it.
