Download HostsXpert from HERE

• Unzip it and start the program.
  
• If "Make writeable?" is shown in red at the top, click it to make writeable.
  
• Press "Restore MS Hosts File"
  
• OK the prompt.
  
• Then click on "Make read only"
  
• Exit HostXpert.
  

Lets see if we can find what's causing the problem.

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

You aren't running Anti Virus Software

This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.
That's why I want you to install one first!!

This is a free Antivirus.

Perform a full scan with Avira and let it delete everything it is finding.
Then reboot.
After reboot, open your Avira and select "reports".
There doubleclick the report from the Full scan you have done. Click the "Report File" button and copy and paste this report in your next reply.
Then we'll start from there, because it really makes no sense otherwise that we clean this up manually if an Antivirusscan is not present which should be able to deal with most and prevent further reinfection.

Downloading Avira takes too long.....4 hours.

Do you have a dial-up connection? because this system is wide open to an attack. No AV, very old version of Java, and malware is already on the system. If you don't get an AV running soon, it's all downhill from here.

What's your download speed normally then? the site seems quite fast now for me, so the server isn't lagging your download speed.
It shouldn't take 4hrs to download 25-50mb.

It seems that the malware or virus is slowing my connection down alot.

Is your connection via wireless? becuase that's probably the problem.
If your not on LAN, you might not get your full download speed.

Where are you from the main router? the closer you are the better your speed will be, signal strenghts are only so strong.

Is there any connection to the router that is on LAN and not wireless?
Download Avira on LAN then transfer it over to your machine via a USB stick.

Okay, stop the download if it's taking too long.
Lets beat the malware first before we get an AV on board.

Please download the OTMoveIt3 by OldTimer.

• Save it to your desktop.
  
• Please double-click OTMoveIt3.exe to run it.
  
• Copy the bolded text below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy):

• Return to OTMoveIt3, right click in the "Paste instructions for items to be Moved" window (under the light blue bar) and choose Paste.

• Close OTMoveIt3
  

If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.
