This is how Folder Options look like:
1. Via the Start Menu
Open the Start Menu and type in Folder Options then hit Enter.
2. Via Organise in Windows Explorer
Open Windows Explorer >> Click on the Organize button >> Click on Folder and Search Options.
3. Via the Control Panel
Open Control Panel and Show All Control Panel Items >> Click Folder Options.
4. Via the Tools option in Windows Explorer
Open Windows Explorer >> Click Tools in the menu bar >> Click Folder Options.
