can't get rid of malware

I have "antimalware doctor" so i opened my computer in safe mode with networking because i couldn't do anything with it running. I ran malwarebytes and removed it but then when it restarted i still had it! any tips?

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time

ok, now my computer wont even start. the power button is just blinking. i've tried unplugging it then plugging it back in and holding the power button down but nothing works .

do you think my computer not being able to turn on is because of the malware? it's never done this before. please help.

There is not really much I can do without it booting, you could connect it to another computer and run it as a slave, but the malware might have killed your hard drive.

Exactly what happens when you turn your computer on?

Have you checked to make sure all of the cords are fully connected, and that they are plugged in all the way?

yeah, i've checked all of the cables and it still doesn't turn on. does it sould like a dead hard drive to you? thank you for your time by the way.
