Worst I have seen.....VIRUS!!!

Cannot start to safe mode
Cannot start task manager
Cannot change boot sequence...Wont allow setup to run, wont allow safe mode to run
When I try and access a program, I get a message that file is infected and will not allow it to run...
Cannot run any .exe file
I have solved some anti virus problems, but this one is tops....wont allow access to anything...

Any pros wanna tackle this one?

I would say to remove the hard drive from the infected computer, and use it as a slave drive on another computer. Then, scan it and remove the malware from it.
