Windows XP wont start

Hey guys I'm back with an entirely new problem, I did an automatic download the other night and when I rebooted my PC I got what I've seen referred to online as the "Blue Screen of Death"... The Stop Mssg reads

Stop 0x0000007e (0xc000001D, 0x80537008, 0xf89d0508, 0xf89d0204) Any help???

can you restart then there should be a menu of options and choose use last know good configuration?

tried that it goes right back to the blue screen... also did F2 and F12 options, none work
