Tried to remove Alpha anti-virus and now windows wont start

Ok, I followed the instructions to remove alpha anti-virus, everything went smoothly, I selected to remove the files it had founds, and then I restarted that computer as it asked me to do. Now the computer starts up, the windows loading screen come up for about 15 seconds, and then the computer reboots, this continues in an unending cycle. Im wondering what on earth did I do wrong and how do I fix it?

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
