Hello,

I am really quite bad at computer vocab so please look past it, I have just removed a number of viruses from my laptop and it appears fine now. However, I bought a new external hard drive and when device found appears it is quickly followed by ' device installer error' ' windows could not load the installer for volume'. I wonder if anyone could help me get the device to work properly?
