personal antivirus infection

Hello i need help removing an infection of personal antivirus. Every time I try to run spyware removal like malware, etc it gets blocked by blockspywareurl.com a box pops up that wants us to activate the personal antivirus software! I Can't get rid of it! I have xp and have tried already regedit and removed pav.exe
