REMOVAL for WINBLUESOFT [plz help ASAP]

like you all know, the winbluesoft downloaded itself onto my computer and then my computer just automatically restarted. then the background changed to words saying my system is infected. i tried many ways to try to get rid of the program by downloading programs that were recommended from another computer and then transferring it onto my infected computer. but the thing is that my computer wont allow any program to be opened, even the task manager. i tried renaming the files but it wont work. i even tried deleting files that were listed online that would help but it was nowhere to be found. so basically the computer only allow folders or the control panel to be opened. and if i try to find files or anything the mouse would automatically move by itself to the start and then shut down and trun on again. i only have a limited amount of time for the computer to be on until it shuts down by itself again. i think it was about 5 to 10 minutes only. and the winbluesoft program doesnt open either. there is just the program running in the background without being noticed. please help me soon. i really need to get my computer fixed because i have very important files that i need and the programs just wont open. please help me anyone. i would be forever in your debt because ALL the solutions i have read so far didnt work out at all. please help me as soon as possible.

i tried this many times but it doesnt work on the infected computer. i tried both links. the computer completely ignored it. i was thinking of rebooting my whole computer but i need help on how to do that. i dont have the cd and i want to ask if there is any other way. i even trying to format the hard drive to either FAT32 or NTFS but it tells me not to let other programs use it and there was no programs going on accept maybe the winbluesoft. please reply soon. thanks anyway for the help

Delete these three files in bold:
C:\Windows\system32\setup2.exe
C:\Windows\ieocx.dll
C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\winav.exe <== might be called sysav.exe too
