How do I remove cryp_naix-6

Trend Microsystems keeps finding it but does not remove it.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.

• When Hijack This opens, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
  
• Then select "Open Uninstall Manager"
  
• Click on "Save List..." (generates uninstall_list.txt)
  
• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

• iWin Games (remove only)
  
• iWin Toolbar
  
• J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
  
• Viewpoint Media Player
  
• WildTangent Web Driver <== See my note on this one

Please read here for more information about WildTangent. Your choice if you want to remove it or not.

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

Removed all of the above. Ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. It sound 2 infected items. When I clicked to remove, it created the log file and asked to restart. I clicked restart, so I lost the log file. I have restarted, and am now re-running the program to create a log file. I will post it as soon as it comes up

One thing that I wanted to ask. My wife loves the Jewel Qwest game. We had bought the disk at Walmart and loaded it on the computer. That is where the IWin program was from. Now I see that the Jewel Qwest program will not run. Is there a problem if I add it back? Is that where my problem came from?

Sounds like my problem has something to do with the IWin program.

I have not reloaded the IWin program yet.

Well, good news either way. The file doesn't exist, or it's located in the iWin folder (file is related to iWin anyway)

Delete these folders in bold if present:
C:\Program Files\iWin
C:\Program Files\iWin Games

The ones that I had started out with Iwin and had other stuff behind them. I ran the virus checker directly on those folders and it said that it found one. I ran it again and it showed up clean. I am trying to recheck the computer with Trend Micro Scan now. I'll let you know the outcome. I am noticing an increase in internet performance
