Are these bad cookies

Just wondering if these cookies are bad because i continually keep getting them

Also i run the Ccleaner but they always seem to come back

Please let me know if there is anything shifty going on

Yeah, they look real enough.
Yahoo/Doublelick I see a lot because of the ads that websites use.
