Cannot connect to Internet after virus removal : Hijack this log

Here's the brief story. My cousin's computer got a virus form limewire and after removing it she cannot connect to the internet. I did bith a system restore and system recovery but to no avail. I downloaded Hijack this and ran a scan and the results are below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Download winsock XP fix from here:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/winsockxpfix.html

Download the file and run it.
Press Fix and allow it to run.

Does net connection work now?

No Although I couldn't use the link because the computer has Vista and that link is for XP. But I went ahead and reset the winsock by going to the cmd prompt and typing

netsh winsock reset

I also reset the the tcp/ip internet protocol set by typing

netsh int ip reset

but still no luck with connectivity.

Any other suggestions?
