trojan-keylogger.win32.fung problem. Really annoying

Since yesterday I get this really annoying message that looks reallu funky and asks me to download some stuff.

I've tried Kaspersky, AVG Malware and a whole slew of spyware.Nothing works. Everytime I reboot my PC it's there. My PC is acting reallt strange but it's quite possible it's because of all the antivirus/spyware stuff I've downloaded.

I've found a file in my start up menu that looks suspicious mupd1_2_12916358.exe
I can delete it and all the files created after it was installed, but I figured to ask you guys first.

This has been identified as a keylogger. You need to get to a machine you know is clean and change any passwords if you use such things as Paypal and Ebay.

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

• Close Hijack This.
  

Delete this file in bold:

You are running two AV's, this is a bad idea as they can conflict and cause problems. I see Kaserpsky and AVG, Is the Kaspersky a paid for license? not to waste your money money, uninstall AVG by doing the following.

• Press Start > Settings > Control Panel
  
• Open "Programs".
  
• Open "Installed Programs".
  
• Highlight "AVG8" so it will remove it.
  
• Next, open the "File" menu and press "Change/remove"
  
• This should remove AVG8.

Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java:

• Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update 10.
  
• Scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 10".
  
• Click the "Download" button to the right.
  
• In the Window that opens, select your platform and language, check the "agree" box, and click Continue.
  
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
  
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add or Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  - Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs:
  - Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
  - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
  - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
  
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  
• Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  
• Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u10-windows-i586-p.exe that you downloaded to install the newest version.
