You just plug it in and it goes on automatically. You can find them for as cheap as $.99 if you get them direct from China. That is what I did. I know, this likely drains the battery of your phone fast but I thought it can be useful for when it is hot in the summer and I need something to cool me off. Anyone ever heard of these?
