User profile service failed at sign in..Windows 8

Well, I tried something someone else did and now I can not sign in to Win 8. Here is what I did.
Went to start screen and entered NETPLWIZ
Then user acct. and removed check mark from item and clicked OK
Restarted
When I go to login, it said " User Profile Service service failed the sign in . User profile can not be loaded."
Please advise a fix asap.

FYI: I only have one account profile on Windows 8.
