windows vista home premium starts then desktop and icons appear then disappear. wallpaper appears then turns to white screen. i click the mouse then wallpapers appears with arrow cursor with no icons. it seems to freeze. restart with safemode does not work, it just shuts down pc automatically.help please! i dnt have the recovery cd. it did not come with it. are there 2 kinds of windows vista home premium?
