Dell XPS L501X WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM. I have 192 registry problems. My computer is very slow. I am trying to do the "Windows 7 PC Restore". Instructions say "backup important files and data". I have backed up all my files/music/pics etc. Can u let me know what are "data" files. A list of stuff I need to backup would help. If I register with "mypcbackup.com" Will everything be backed up or only files/folders.

Data would be anything you want to keep like document,emails,financial info,etc
