A Lot of email was generated from my email adress over my control

Hi!
A Lot of email was generated from my email adress over my control. What can I do to prevent that ? Here is an Hijackthis log . Can somebody help me to point what is wrong and need to be destroy.

That's not appropriate. They should be directed to the Virus, Spyware & Malware Removal forum. I see a lot of new people thinking it's acceptable to offer malware advice which it is not. If you are not trained then offering any advice could damage ones computer. This is the policy on most computer help forums.
