I don't know what happened but my laptop suddenly started to behave strangely from last night. I first became very slow, then I noticed that Intel RST service was not running. I then restarted my laptop, then the laptop was not able to start. It reached till windows logo and then it closed automatically (the power switch went off). Then I again tried to restart but it then switched off even before the windows logo, just after I saw the VAIO logo. I waited a bit then I tried to start my laptop again. This time it worked and I saw windows showing that there was a problem and windows was not able to start. It gave me two options either to repair (recommended) or stat windows normally. I then went for repair and I was asked to restore my computer. I did restore and then the laptop worked fine. Currently it is working good but sometimes in between it becomes slow. After that I did scan my computer using windows defender and Mcafee antivirus (purchased) but nothing was found.
I also experience specially when playing games on faceboook that my browser becomes slow. (I use chrome and Firefox, both becomes slow)
