Unable to access valid sites

G'day, recently my web browser (Whether it be Chrome or Firefox) has been acting up. Upon trying to access websites, I am immediately sent to the Error page which states "The Website could not be found", I can't even access my own website however, I can still access websites such as youtube, Facebook, google and hotmail. But other than that, nothing works. So far I've checked my Cache settings, Re-installed the browser and checked my computer for any Viruses or Malicious material using AVG and Malwarebites, Surely there is a solution to this problem, I just haven't found it.

I installed and ran the program and I still can't access the websites I need to gain access too, two of said websites I created, so not being able to access them is quite problematic.

Hi, would you like to disable and shutdown all Antiviruses, Antimalware and Firewall software. Try to access website after that step.
