For the last couple of weeks my computer has been doing strange things. I have defraged it and i also ran a windows scan (I can't remember which one though:()
My internet browser (Firefox, just updated to the latest version last week) spontaneously shuts down in the middle of my browsing, my computer freezes (the mouse will move around but I cannot click on anything and cntrl/alt/delete won't work, i have to remove my battery to shut my laptop down!), my computer will just "restart" itself. I run AVG as my security and everything is up to date and I also ran a malware scan in the last week and nothing was detected. Not sure what the problem is???? Can someone help please?
