Hello

Hoping you might be able to assist me.
My laptop randomly shuts down after blue screen comes up. I scanned pc with trend housecall/malware bytes/ cc cleaner/ s&d the full works to cover all bases but nothing showed up so i did clean install (which i had intended on doing anyway as way of spring clean!) anyhow even after clean install the bsod still keeps happening. I thought it might have been due to overheating so i did a physical clean of vents too, still to no avail Sad tearing

I have followed Captin Jack Sparrows instruction (i Hope!) & zipped mini dump folder

Hi there,

Seems like NETw4v32.sys i.e. Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Driver is causing the System to crash. I would recommend to download a new version from and Intel's website remove the current version you have and install the downloaded version.

Follow this guide it's for Windows 7 but should work for Vista as well

Code:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high.  This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: d3257d18, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 8d7e2096, address which referenced memory
