Hi Nazzgull, I did follow the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings" steps, and I could not get on the internet. I than checked the router and modem. I then did some security checks on the laptop. And I finally pressed the right diagnostic to be done on my laptop. I did run HijackThis from a flash drive - there was nothing in the check boxes and from what I can remember, I thought there was an error message. I ran Malware and Windows scan and there were no viruses picked up. But you definitely set me on the right track. Thank you so much!!
