Firefox & Interent Explorer both crash before opening

hi, for some reason both my firefox and explorer crash when i open them. every single time. once in a very long while firefox will open for a couple minutes. after all that, i re-install but it didnt help. explorer will close the mintue it is open. i used MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE, it detected some infected files on the computer and thats it. after it removed them, noting changed. the internet works but its just the internet browsers applications that are not working. please help me. i am need for my internet >>urgent<<

Please post your HijackThis log in the malware removal forum. Since Malwarebytes detected some infections, I have a feeling it might be malware related.

i'm sorry but what is a HijackThis log?? and where can i find it on the computer??
