I have no idea how but the think point virus is on my computer. It won't let me do anything. I've tryed to run it in save mode to follow your instructions on removal but the think point virus is still running in safe mode. I'm using my phone to get online as I can not get online from my computer. How do I get rid of this virus? Please help.
