File has no properties

I came upon an .mp3 file. Unfortunately it can't be moved/deleted (used unlocker and malwarebytes assassin tool). It also doesn't have properties so I'm stuck and cannot do anything with it. What may be the problem and how should I fix this issue?

Can delete the folder it is in but why not the file itself?

Hi, did you check if .MP3 file is running by some other program ? Use Task Manager to check, if you have, just end that process..
