Windows Vista: White Screen after log in..please help fix?

OK. I turn on my computer (normal mode) and when i log in i get a big blank white screen. I can only see the mouse.That's it. I go to the task manager and i get the following
csrss.exe
dwm.exe
explorer.exe
rundll32.exe
taskeng.exe
taskmgr.exe
winlogon.exe

These r the things that r running. I don't know what to do. It works when i log in in SAFE MODE but not normal mode = white screen. Is there anything i can do to get the computer back to normal.

p.s this started to occur after i just removed malware from my computer...i believe it was think point & backup bot...they r all out but yah...still got white sceen when i log in...any help? Really want to fix it..

Please boot your Windows normally and open Task Manager. Click on New Task.. button, type next command and press Enter:

sfc /scannow

nothing shows up..

Okay, please go to Safe Mode. Go to Start > Run > type CMD and press enter. In Command Prompt type above command and press Enter.
