I am trying to fix my sons laptop pc. It is a dell pp06s running xp. When I start it up, it goes to a blue screen with:
"STOP: c000021a (fatal system error)
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000006 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down."
I have tried starting in safe mode, along with every other option available on F8, all to no avail. It always goes back to blue error screen. I don't have the dell disc, as I bought the pc secondhand.
Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks in advance.
