Laptop Keeps Restarting

Hi, my friend's pc keeps restarting. As soon as it gets to the booting stage, it just restarts. It restarts when I try booting from safe mode, safe mode from command prompt and last known good configuration.

I noticed that just as it about a restart, a blue screen flash, but for a milli second and therefore I cannot read what is written. However, i do know it's a bsod error.

Since i cannot boot up, i cannot stop it from restarting at system failure.

What can i do?

I scheduled a dskscan from recovery console and it worked after it finished!
