think point windows 7

I have been infected with thinkpoint. I am able to boot in safe mode and have malwarebytes but it can not connect to the net to update. Please any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

when I try and post the OTL files I get a message that it is too big?

I attempted to attach the files and now get a message stating the uploaded file is not valid. They are in .txt format. Thank you for your help.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

When I attempt to check for updates the computer locks up and I was forced to shut down and reboot. I ran the scan without getting the update and nothing was found.

Hello.

Please re-open Malwarebytes, click the Update tab, and click Check for Updates. Then, click the Scanner tab, select Perform Quick Scan, and press Scan.

Post the new log when done.

I am currently unable to connect to the internet through the infected computer. I attempted to update malwarebytes. When I try the program locks up. I left it open attempting to update for 10 to 15 minutes and the progress bar did not even start to move. I appreciate all your time and help.

Well I managed to get MBMA to update and it found 2 infections and cleaned them. Thinkpoint no longer loads when windows start. Is there anything else I have to do to make sure that this problem is fully resolved? Thank you so much for your help. I greatly appreciate your time.
