Hello

My PC is on dual boot(both 7), and I want to remove the other now. But when I tried to format the partition, a message appear:

Windows cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utilities or other programs that are using this drive, and make sure that no window is displaying the contents of the drive. Then try formatting again.

I tried it in Safe Mode and I had no success.

The disk is NTFS.

I also removed the boot for the other 7.
